Amada Senior Care Cupertino is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our mission-driven team. In this high-impact role, you will build, establish and maintain positive relationships with referral partners such as Hospital Case Managers, Social Workers, Senior Living Communities, Elder Law Attorneys and Financial Planners to build trust and deliver compassionate, tailored solutions for seniors in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain relationships with all business partners and referral sources
· Assist families in finding the right senior living solutions through tours and consultations
· Assess living communities and match them with client needs
· Provide exceptional follow-up and customer service
· Maintain confidentiality and uphold our culture of enriching the lives of others
· Accurate data tracking using CRM
· Collaborate with the Owner to achieve goals (KPI Tracking)
What We’re Looking For:
· 1 year of experience in home care, private duty, or healthcare sales or marketing preferred (willing to train the right person with the right attitude)
· Outstanding communication and customer service skills
· A go-getter who is goal-oriented, organized, and can work independently
· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
· A passion for helping others and exceeding expectations

- They know that the silver bullet (big account) approach does not work. It is a shotgun (building many relationships) approach.
- Multiple channels to create constant contact with prospects and constant displaying of the brand name.
- This is a referral (lead) generation, not direct sales. Attend events, do speaking engagements, volunteer, etc.
- Asking questions: Must learn and quickly understand how to dig deeper for business on every meeting, do it in a softer, deliberate way without the prospect of feeling interrogated.
- Organized, and systematic in their daily work life. They trust and follow the model!!
