Executive Home Care is hiring per-diem Registered Nurses to do what field nursing here really is: admit clients, build their plans of care, and keep them safe at home through our monitoring cycle. If you want professional independence, organized caseloads, and work that directly decides the quality of care, apply today.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Initial admission assessments and 6-month reassessments, with a new Plan of Care each cycle
- 30-day client check-in calls and 60-day case-monitoring visits — completed on schedule
- Supervise and support our home health aides and LPNs in the field
- Non-Skilled nursing visits when assigned, and accurate, timely documentation in WellSky (our EHR)
- Observe and report changes in condition promptly, and escalate safety concerns immediately under our patient-safety protocol
Paid on regular payroll once documentation is complete and on time. This is a per diem position: assignments are scheduled as needed some weekends and holidays. Build visits around your schedule.
