Pay Rate $19 to $23 Per Hour
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be registered as a California Home Care Aide (HCA)
- Must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous caregiving experience or related experience preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and respectful
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow individualized care plans and provide person centered care

Key Responsibilities

Personal Care Assistance Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility

Medication Reminders Remind clients to follow their prescribed medication routines

Meal Preparation Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration

Companionship and Support Provide friendly conversation, emotional support, and assistance with appointments or social activities

Health Observation Observe and report changes in clients conditions to the appropriate care team members
