🌟 WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide personalized support and companionship to clients, including individuals living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, ALS, and Parkinson's, while helping them maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their daily routines.

✔ Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene, as assigned
✔ Provide mobility assistance and support with daily activities according to individual care plans
✔ Prepare meals and offer companionship during mealtimes
✔ Assist with light housekeeping, errands, grocery shopping, and approved pick-ups
✔ Provide transportation to appointments and outings, as applicable
✔ Observe and communicate changes in clients' needs or well-being to the appropriate care team members
✔ Build positive relationships with clients and families through dependable, respectful support

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous caregiving or personal care experience; experience supporting individuals with memory-related conditions is a plus
Patience, reliability, empathy, and a respectful approach to client care
Strong communication skills when interacting with clients, families, and team members
Ability to follow individualize

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
