Qualifications and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment
Previous caregiving experience or a similar background preferred
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Compassionate, dependable, patient, and understanding
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and provide individualized support

Your Responsibilities

Personal Care Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
Medication Reminders Help clients maintain their prescribed medication schedules
Meal Preparation Prepare nutritious meals and encourage proper hydration
Companionship Offer friendly conversation, emotional support, and assistance with appointments or social outings
Health Observation Monitor and document changes in client conditions and report concerns to the care team
