Referral Marketing Representative – Homecare

Executive Home Care of Omaha is seeking a relationship-driven professional to build referral partnerships with skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and memory care facilities throughout Omaha.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with social workers, discharge planners, and case managers.
Conduct facility visits and introduce EHC’s in-home care services.
Develop referral partnerships and follow up with prospective partners.
Track outreach activities and referral opportunities.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in social work, discharge planning, or a related field.
Knowledge of the Omaha healthcare and senior care community preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with reliable transportation.
