Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Day Shift

Executive Home Care is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Day Shift to provide essential one-on-one support to seniors in Omaha, NE.

We specialize in high-quality, non-medical home care for older adults living with dementia and other age-related conditions. As a member of our caregiving team, you’ll help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

What You’ll Do

Companionship and Social Interaction: Provide companionship, conversation, and support with daily routines.
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs.
Meal Preparation and Errands: Prepare meals, assist with light housekeeping, and help with errands and transportation as needed.
Medication Reminders and Safe Transfers: Provide medication reminders and assist clients with safe transfers.
Health Monitoring and Documentation: Maintain accurate care notes and promptly report changes or concerns.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 20 years old.
Active CNA license.
Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical duties required for caregiving.
Ability to follow care plans and collaborate effectively with the care team.
Ability to pass a background check.
Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
Smartphone capable of running the WellSky app for timekeeping.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
