Executive Home Care of Aurora is seeking compassionate, dependable, and trustworthy In-Home Non-Medical Caregivers to provide quality care, companionship, and daily living assistance to clients in the comfort and safety of their own homes.
Responsibilities.
Caregivers may be responsible for the following duties based on each client's individual care plan:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and basic household tasks.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
- Provide medication reminders as directed by the client, family, or care plan.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, shopping, and social activities.
- Monitor clients and promptly report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor or family member.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and timely care documentation.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and client-specific care instructions.
- Protect each client's privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
- Provide dependable and respectful care while maintaining professional boundaries.
