We're expanding our team of Companion & Care Specialists across the Greater San Diego area. If you show up not just with skill but with heart, we want you on our team.
What You'll Do
You'll support clients living with Alzheimer's, Dementia, ALS, and Parkinson's β helping them stay safe, comfortable, and at home, where they belong. Your days will include:
Personal care β bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene, always delivered with dignity
Mobility support, safe transfers, and gentle redirection for memory care clients
Meal preparation and mealtime assistance
Light housekeeping, errands, grocery runs, and prescription pick-ups
Transporting clients to appointments and outings
Monitoring wellbeing and keeping the care team informed when something changes
Being the calm, consistent presence that clients and families count on every single day
You're the One We're Looking For If You Are...
Experienced in hands-on caregiving β especially with memory care or neurodegenerative conditions
Patient, dependable, and genuinely compassionate
A clear communicator who works well with clients, families, and care teams
Able to follow a personalized care plan β and adapt when life doesn't go to plan
In possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Able to pass a background check and provide a current TB test
