Job Summary
We're looking for a business development professional who already has the relationships this role needs — not one who has to build them from scratch. If you have an active rolodex of discharge planners, case managers, elder law attorneys, financial advisors, or senior living contacts across Montgomery County, this role lets you put it to work immediately, full-time, with direct access to ownership.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Executive Home Care is an owner-operated, non-medical in-home senior care agency serving families across Bucks and Montgomery Counties, PA. This role owns our Montgomery County territory. We compete on direct owner accessibility, intentional client-caregiver matching, and rapid response — not on being the biggest name in the market.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Identify, cultivate, and manage referral relationships with discharge planners, hospital and rehab case managers, elder law attorneys, financial advisors, senior living communities, and hospice organizations across Montgomery County
• Convert your existing referral relationships into active, recurring sources of client referrals from day one
• Represent Executive Home Care through educational “door-opener” presentations (e.g., aging in place, technology in senior care) at senior living communities and partner sites — relationship-building first, not a hard pitch
• Build and execute a full territory business development plan for Montgomery County with measurable outreach and conversion targets
• Re-activate dormant referral relationships and expand our presence in underpenetrated segments, particularly memory care
• Track outreach, referral source performance, and pipeline activity in the company CRM
• Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and professional networking functions throughout the county
• Report weekly on pipeline activity and results directly to ownership
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YEAR ONE
• A defined roster of active referral partners across Montgomery County generating recurring monthly referrals
• A measurable volume of new client starts sourced directly from your business development activity
• Reactivation of previously dormant referral relationships
WHO YOU ARE — REQUIRED
• Reside in Montgomery County, PA
• 3+ years of proven outside sales or business development experience in home care, home health, hospice, senior living, or related healthcare referral based sales
• An existing, active network of referral relationships in the senior care / healthcare referral ecosystem that you can activate immediately — this is not an entry-level relationship-building role
• A track record of meeting or exceeding referral or sales quotas
• Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person prospecting, and disciplined CRM use
• Valid driver license and reliable, insured vehicle; willingness to spend the majority of your time in the field across Montgomery County
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and relationship-management skills
• Availability for full-time work (5 days/week)
PREFERRED
• Existing relationships specifically within the Montgomery County healthcare and senior living network
• Bachelors degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Experience working with a CRM platform for pipeline and activity tracking
COMPENSATION SCHEDULE
• Compensation will be based on experience
• Base salary plus uncapped commission on new client starts and account growth.
• Full-time, 5 days/week
• Mileage reimbursement
• Mobile Phone stipend
• Direct reporting line to ownership
