Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time
Location: Augusta, GA and surrounding CSRA Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible Hours | Daytime Availability Preferred

Executive Home Care of Augusta is a veteran-owned, concierge-level home care agency seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. We help seniors across the CSRA maintain their independence and remain safely at home — and we do it through personalized, unhurried, relationship-based care, not a rotating caseload.

What You'll Do
As an LPN, you'll serve as a clinical resource for our clients, caregivers, and leadership team by:
- Conducting nursing and wellness visits
- Monitoring client health status and documenting observations
- Performing medication reconciliation and medication education
- Assisting with chronic disease education and wellness coaching
- Communicating changes in client condition to physicians and family members
- Supporting care plan development and updates
- Training and mentoring caregivers on client-specific care needs
- Assisting with hospital-to-home transitions
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborating with our Care Managers to ensure exceptional client outcomes
Qualifications
- Current Georgia LPN license in good standing
- Minimum one year of nursing experience (home care, geriatrics, hospice, assisted living, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing preferred)
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass background screening and drug screening
- Current CPR certification
