This opportunity is especially well suited for someone who has worked as a social worker, discharge planner, case manager, or healthcare professional and understands how referral decisions are made.
You will use your knowledge of the healthcare community to help facility partners feel confident referring their patients and residents to Executive Home Care for safe, dependable, high-quality in-home care.

- Serve as a reliable point of contact for referral partners and respond to questions or requests
- Deliver marketing materials and maintain consistent communication with referral sources
- Identify new referral and partnership opportunities
- Track outreach activities, follow-ups, referrals, and relationship development
- Help grow and strengthen EHC's referral network throughout the Omaha area
