About the Role:
Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time or Per Diem LNA/PCA Caregiver to join our growing team in Bedford, NH. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, high-quality in-home care. Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
- Monitor and document client health status, reporting any changes to supervisors or care coordinators
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed, following dietary guidelines
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Requirements:
- Current NH Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification preferred
- Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical caregiving setting
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment
- Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
- Dementia Training Certification a plus
