Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour (Depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, & Flexible Shifts Available (2 to 12-hour shifts)

Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Caregiver, you will provide peaceful, dedicated personal care and companion support to one client at a time in the comfort of their own home.

Companionship & Connection: Engage clients in meaningful conversation, puzzles, walks, and activities to keep them socially active and mentally sharp.

Personal Care Support: Provide respectful, dignified help with daily routines including bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, and safe mobility/transfers.

Meal Prep: Assist with meal planning and cooking according to dietary preferences; encourage proper nutrition and hydration.

Light Housekeeping: Help maintain a calm, clean, and safe living environment by handling light laundry, washing dishes, and keeping tidy.

Medication Reminders: Provide timely reminders for clients to take their prescribed medications.

Transportation: Accompany or drive clients to local medical appointments, grocery shopping, or essential social outings.

Clinical Observation: Observe and report any visible changes in the client’s physical or emotional health to our supportive care management team.
Job Requirements (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience as a caregiver, personal care aide (PCA), or home health aide (HHA) preferred (personal experience caring for a loved one counts!).
- Valid Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for traveling to client homes (Required).
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid (Preferred).
- A deeply compassionate, patient attitude and a desire for a healthier work environment.
- Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
