What You’ll Do
âś… Conduct client assessments and develop personalized care plans
 ✅ Perform supervisory visits for caregivers and clients
 ✅ Monitor client health status and coordinate care needs
 ✅ Provide caregiver training and clinical guidance when needed
 ✅ Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency policies
 ✅ Communicate with families, physicians, and care teams regarding client needs
 ✅ Maintain accurate documentation and client records
What We’re Looking For
âś” Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in North Carolina
âś” Home care, senior care, hospice, or community health experience preferred
âś” Strong communication and assessment skills
âś” Compassionate and professional bedside manner
âś” Reliable transportation for occasional local client visits
âś” Ability to work independently and manage flexible scheduling
