About the Role:

As the Home Care Manager at Executive Home Care of Hudson, you will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional in-home care services. Join us in making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families in Hudson, OH.

Responsibilities:

Manage and train caregivers, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.
Conduct client assessments and develop personalized care plans.
Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Act as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Handle scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation effectively.
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of care services.

Requirements:

Proven experience in home care management or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate demeanor with a client-centered approach.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
