Executive Home Care is seeking compassionate and skilled Field Nurses (RNs) to join our expanding home care team. If you’re dedicated to delivering personalized, high-quality care in a patient’s home and love making a direct impact, this could be the role for you. As a Field Nurse, you’ll play a key role in supporting patients’ well-being through comprehensive nursing care in the comfort of their homes. This position offers professional independence, the chance to build meaningful relationships, and the satisfaction of truly making a difference. Responsibilities include assessing patients’ overall health and creating individualized care plans, managing medications, guiding activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, providing health education, maintaining detailed documentation, coordinating with healthcare providers, and responding to changes or emergencies with appropriate interventions.

Compensation: $70.00 - $90.00 per day
