Responsibilities (these Are Some Of The Primary Tasks Involved): Assist patients with their activities of daily living, such as ambulation, dressing, bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Follow the care plan of our RN supervisor
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
- Report changes in patient condition or behavior
- Prepare meals following the patient's nutritional requirements and preferences
- Provide light housekeeping and laundry
- Monitor for safety
- Provide companionship
- Complete 12 hours of in-service training per year
- Annual competency evaluation by our RN
Qualifications: 2 years of live-in care experience
- NJ Certified Home Health Aide
- Must have legal work authorization for the United States
- Driver's license a plus, but not required
- TB Clearance (2-step PPD, Chest X-ray, or Quantiferon)
- Physical
- MMR immunization record
- Photo ID
