Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and physically capable caregiver to support multiple private-pay clients throughout the day on weekends.
This role is ideal for a caregiver who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and is confident managing client transitions, mobility support, and varying care needs across multiple homes.
12-Hour Weekend Shifts |
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Shift Type: Multi-Client Coverage (2–3 clients per day)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care (ADLs)
- Safely perform transfers (bed, chair, toilet) with proper technique
- Travel between 2–3 client homes per shift
- Assist with mobility, fall prevention, and repositioning
- Communicate clearly with clients, families, and office staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely updates
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) – required
- Proven experience with hands-on transfers (gait belts, standby assist, etc.)
- Physically capable of assisting clients with mobility needs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong time management and punctuality
- CNA or HHA certification Required
