About the Role:
Join Executive Home Care of Central Salt Lake Valley as a Sales and Marketing Professional, where you'll play a pivotal role in connecting families with our exceptional home care services. We are passionate about providing compassionate care, and we need your expertise to help us grow and reach more clients in Murray, UT!


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and client acquisition.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through networking, outreach, and community events.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and community organizations.
  • Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate potential clients about our services.
  • Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
About Us:

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
