About the Role:
Join Executive Home Care of Central Salt Lake Valley as a Sales and Marketing Professional, where you'll play a pivotal role in connecting families with our exceptional home care services. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and client acquisition.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, outreach, and community events.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and email campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and community organizations.
- Conduct presentations and informational sessions to educate potential clients about our services.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the management team to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
