Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) – Flexible Hours

Location: Chadds Ford, PA (or your service area)
Pay: $17–$19/hr | Flexible shifts

Executive Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide high-quality, person-centered care in clients’ homes. If you enjoy helping others, value flexibility, and want a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
Support mobility, transfers, and safety
Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and encourage proper nutrition
Provide medication reminders (non-clinical)
Offer companionship and emotional support
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition
Follow individualized care plans and company policies

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous caregiving experience a plus
CPR/First Aid certification preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Valid driver’s license and insurance required
