We’re looking for a motivated Relationship Manager to grow our client base and build strong relationships with hospitals, senior centers, rehab facilities, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain referral partnerships
Represent the company at community events and networking activities
Execute local marketing campaigns (digital, print, and community-based)
Manage social media and marketing materials
Track leads, referrals, and campaign performance
Support client inquiries and caregiver recruitment marketing

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or sales (healthcare/home care preferred)
Strong communication and networking skills
Social media and basic design experience
Self-motivated and results-driven
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
