Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living to help them remain independent at home
- Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
- Support meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping and household tasks
- Offering companionship, emotional support, and respite care
- Follow individualized care plans and document services as required
Qualifications
- Passion for helping seniors and individuals with disabilities
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check
- Previous caregiving, CNA
- Strong communication and time-management skills
