Responsibilities:
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support daily living tasks (meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry)
- Provide medication reminders
- Offer companionship and engagement
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Maintain a safe environment and follow care plans
- Assist with mobility and transfers
Qualifications:
- 1 year of caregiving, home care, or direct support experience preferred
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients safely
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (can be completed after hire)
- Must pass a background check
- TB test required (can be completed after interview)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Schedule
- Part-time and full-time shifts available
- Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
- Flexible scheduling with advance notice for time-off requests
- Options for 4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts
