Caregiver Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Provide medication reminders per care plans
- Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor, observe, and report changes in client condition
- Accurately document care and observations
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- HHA or CNA certification (required)
- CPR & First Aid certification (required)
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a team
- Ability to pass drug screening and reference checks
- Ability to complete background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse
