Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Prior caregiving experience (preferred)
Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration (required)
CPR & First Aid certification (preferred)
Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to follow care plans and deliver respectful, high-quality care

What You’ll Be Doing

Personal Care & ADLs – Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and hygiene.
Medication Support – Provide reminders to help clients stay consistent with routines.
Meal Preparation – Cook and plan nutritious meals that meet dietary needs.
Companionship – Offer conversation, friendship, and emotional support.
Transportation – Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
Health Monitoring – Observe and promptly report changes in clients’ conditions.
