  • Assist clients with daily care (bathing, dressing, grooming)  
  • Assist with safe mobility
  • Provide personal care, meals, and companionship
  • Safely lift or transfer clients when needed
  • Offer medication reminders and light housekeeping
  • Observe, document, and report changes in condition
