About the Role:
Join Executive Home Care of Freehold as the Director of Nurse - Home Care, where you will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional in-home healthcare services. Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to enhance team performance.
- Conduct regular evaluations of patient care and staff performance.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Manage budgets and resources to optimize service delivery.
- Provide guidance on best practices in home healthcare.
- Engage with families to address concerns and improve client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in New Jersey with a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience.
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or home care setting.
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff.
- Experience in care plan development and implementation.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel locally as needed.
