The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a Chief of Staff Assistant (Volunteer/Intern) to support our Agency Director with:
- Scheduling, communications, and daily operations
- DHSR (Division of Health Service Regulation) compliance tracking and documentation
- Social media management (posting + engagement)
- Community outreach and marketing activities
- Event support and local representation (as needed)

What You’ll Do:
- Support scheduling, communication, and agency administration
- Assist with DHSR compliance tracking and documentation
- Manage social media postings and engagement campaigns
- Help organize and promote community outreach and marketing activities
- Provide operational support to the Agency Director
- Represent Executive Home Care at select events and meetings (as needed)
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- You're highly efficient, proactive, anticipatory, professionally polished, flexible, and coachable — essentially a true "right-hand" to the Agency Director.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Kind, friendly, and positive personality
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Tech-savvy (social media skills are a plus — Canva, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Valid NC driver’s license and ability to travel locally
- Familiarity with the Triangle area’s healthcare or senior services landscape (preferred, not required)
- Bilingual/multilingual skills (a plus, not required)
