The Opportunity:
We’re seeking a Chief of Staff Assistant (Volunteer/Intern) to support our Agency Director with:

  • Scheduling, communications, and daily operations
  • DHSR (Division of Health Service Regulation) compliance tracking and documentation
  • Social media management (posting + engagement)
  • Community outreach and marketing activities
  • Event support and local representation (as needed)

What You’ll Do:
  • Support scheduling, communication, and agency administration
  • Assist with DHSR compliance tracking and documentation
  • Manage social media postings and engagement campaigns
  • Help organize and promote community outreach and marketing activities
  • Provide operational support to the Agency Director
  • Represent Executive Home Care at select events and meetings (as needed)

Qualifications / Desired Experience:
  • You're highly efficient, proactive, anticipatory, professionally polished, flexible, and coachable — essentially a true "right-hand" to the Agency Director. 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Kind, friendly, and positive personality
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Tech-savvy (social media skills are a plus — Canva, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Valid NC driver’s license and ability to travel locally
  • Familiarity with the Triangle area’s healthcare or senior services landscape (preferred, not required)
  • Bilingual/multilingual skills (a plus, not required)
