  • We have clients located in Lithia, Brandon, Valrico, Ruskin, Tampa, and Riverview who need assistance with ADLs & IADLs.  From complex care cases to more straightforward ones, we serve a broad array of clients which  provides an opportunity for you to develop and expand your experience even more.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
    • Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
    • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
  • Medication Reminders:
    • Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
    • Support clients in managing their medication routines.
  • Meal Preparation and Nutrition:  
    • Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements.
    • Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
  • Companionship and Social Interaction: 
    • Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
    • Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
  • Health Monitoring: 
    • Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
    • Document care provided and any notable observations.
Qualifications:
  • Current HHA / CNA certification 
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role required
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid required
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team
  • Professional work ethic and responsive
  • Current Level 2 AHCA background check 
  • License and active insurance, along with a reliable means of transportation
