We have an immediate need for a certified Caregiver (CNA/HHA) for a client on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 12-4PM.

Responsibilities:

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
- Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.

Medication Reminders:
- Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
- Support clients in managing their medication routines.

Meal Preparation and Nutrition:
- Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements.
- Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.

Companionship and Social Interaction:
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.

Health Monitoring:
- Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
- Document care provided and any notable observations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
- Current Certification / License for CNA / HHA required.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid required.
- Level 2 AHCA Background check on file.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
- Proof of Non-Communicable Diseases Physician Letter.
